Founder of Jai Yoga Fitness Classes

The Founder "Jai Jagdish Jedia" who holds more than 25 years of experience, established this centre 8 years ago whose vision is to bring awareness to the community by educating society on how yoga can improvise and transform the life of any individual. He inherited deep knowledge with a stronghold in the integral understanding of body alignment & analysis, which encourages our students to practice the authentic art form of yoga.

His teaching inspires others on their yoga journey towards transformation in their lifestyle. He guides others to improve wellness and commits to long-term health and fitness goals. He is energetic and outgoing, with a collaborative spirit.

He makes sure that every student practice safely, respect their limitations, and get the benefits out of their practice.

I used to go to the gym earlier and but joining Yoga classes at Jai Yoga has been a life changing decision for me. I didn't know the power of yoga until I practiced yoga here. We mistake yoga as a light workout but believe me I never sweated as much as I sweat in every yoga session here. Coach Jai sir is an inspiration and he motivates everyone to go beyond limits. He is very friendly and preaches simple living.The studio has a really nice environment and best quality yoga mats properly sanitised. I had cervical and back pain issues and tried so many physiotherapy treatments but in a month I have realised this is but I needed to cure myself. Every yoga session has a different routine and dumble,cardio,and Tabata workouts on some days are amazing. Yoga is one of the best gifts India has given to the world and if someone is willing to practice it then Jai Yoga classes is the best place for it.
